Arriving at the Seehotel: sunbathing on the lawn with a view of the Badehaus, the swimming pool and the lake. In front of you the Mendel mountain ridge as an impressive mountain backdrop, behind you the vineyards typical of the region, characterised by the winegrowers and their work.

- Breakfast: a good morning overlooking the lake. Our rich, varied and fragrant breakfast with lakeview - definitely the best way to start a perfect day’s holiday.
- Dinner: 5 surprising courses. Gourmet chef Albin Widmann and his team, creatively combine sun-ripened ingredients from the south of Italy with traditional South Tyrolean spices. Our 5-course dinner with a menu of your choice is the ideal opportunity to discover every nuance of his cuisine.
- Weekly events. Winemakers Night, Rooftop Aperitivo, Dessert Buffet and Gala Dinner.
- Space experience. Inside and out. 11,000 square metres of garden and orchard, that is, 344 square metres of space for each guest.
- Swimming. In our heated 20 meter outdoorpool or in the warmest bathing lake in the Alps. Direct access to the lake via two private jetties.
- Breathe out. In our Badehaus with whirlpool, Finnish sauna (90°) and Bio sauna (65°) with infrared heaters or in our large private park.
- Be active. With our MTBs, kayaks, standup paddles, rowing and pedal boats.
- Yoga and pilates by the lake. Weekly during the summer months.
- The pleasure of the green. 20% discount on "Green Fee" rates at the nearby Dolomiti Golf Club in Sarnonico.

- With overnight accommodation incl. breakfast, half-board price per person/day is reduced by €20. Half-board can be booked for individual days also on-site (at €40 instead of €20), for children from 3 to 10 years we charge €20.

Cancellations from 14 days before arrival: 30% of agreed total price
Cancellations from 7 days before arrival: 80% of agreed total price
