With its rushes and ancient willows, the protected natural area on the north-eastern shore of Lake Kalterer is a wetland biotope, bordered by a meadow with a scattering of fruit trees.
The gently curving lines of the facade, the shapes and colours of the surrounding natural environment, are also present in the stylish interior furniture.
In 2018, the Seehotel added a spa with sauna and outdoor pool to the biotope park. The project was entrusted to Walter Angonese, who chose styles and materials from the period, adapted and reinterpreted for today.
