Dear guests, dear Seehotel friends,
We will start the summer season on Thursday, April 14, 2022 - with the usual motivation, honest care and our well attuned team.
To make it easier for you to plan your vacation, you can postpone or cancel your stay at the Seehotel Ambach free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
Evelyn can be reached by phone or email from Monday to Friday.
We will be delighted to see you again or welcome you for the first time in the spring.

Safety First!
Our priority
We take the safety of our guests and employees very seriously. Of course, we will take all appropriate preventive measures so that you can spend a carefree and relaxed time at Seehotel Ambach even this year.
Stay distant, but social
In open-air spaces, face masks must be used only when the distance of 1 meter cannot be guaranteed. When swimming, sunbathing or at the table, of course, you can do without it.
The tables in the restaurant and on our lakeside terrace are arranged in such a way that sufficient space between them is guaranteed.
Face masks are still mandatory in all indoor spaces.

Space experience
Inside and outside. With our new orchard we create a total of 11,000 m² of garden area. That's 344 square meters free space per room... with full occupancy.
Pre check-in
Shortly before arrival we will send you a message with the exact information about the pre check-in. So you can book in easily at home - the first step to vacation.
Badehaus & Outdoor pool
From August 6, 2021, a Green Pass is required to enter the Badehaus. The sauna, steam bath and whirlpool can be used prior arrangement - individually or simultaneously by guests from the same room or household.
Out outdoor pool is open, as usual, from early morning until late at night. A distance of 1 meter from foreign guests must be mantained.

COVID-19 testing in the Caldaro pharmacy
For a smooth journey home, the Caldaro pharmacy offers rapid antigen tests by prior arrangement. The result will be sent by email immediately after the test. We would be happy to make the reservation for you.
From Monday to Saturday. Price: €15.
Stay Flexible!
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before arrival
- Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: 30% of agreed total price
- Cancellation from 4 days before arrival: 60% of agreed total price
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show: 80% of the agreed current price for every day not used
